Catering for all levels, classes are taught in English by Ruth HOGG, a Polestar Certified Teacher with a dance background [ BAHONS Royal Academy of Dance, UK ], who has over 14 yearsof experience teaching Pilates in Hong Kong.
Ruth's Pilates mat classes are held at Central Dance Studios on Monday Wednesday & Fridays at 12.45pm. Additional classes areheld at other venues around Hong Kong Island.Prices:
