If you want to learn this style of commercial dance, then Jazz Funk is for you! It's all the best bits from our high energy Hip Hop classes (street dance) with added pazazz! More 'Pop' than Hip Hop but still easy to pick up and a whole lot of fun, this class is suitable for total beginners who've never danced before.

What's JAZZ with Rye like?
Rye trained with Ballet Philippinnes and has performed and danced all over the world in musicals, theatre productions and on stage. His class is for beginners and teaches the whole range of 'JAZZ' dance, from Broadway styles, to the 'Lyrical' Jazz made popular in So You Think You Can Dance? One week you'll learn how to do kicks and turns, and the next week you'll be strutting your stuff as if on Broadway... the classes are a real mix and will build your technique more than a Jazz Funk class (and remember its the technique that keeps you toned!!!). Complete beginners welcome - just remember that this class is going to teach you HOW to do harder moves, so stick with it and you'll be dancing like the stars in no time. Join up now!
