Kerry Tsang
I am constantly amazed by how the practice of yoga has the power to transform a human being. There is infinite potential to heal and develop the body, mind and spirit. I love yoga for the clarity and awareness that comes from energy and breath flowing freeing in the body. The passion to find self-expression on the yoga mat encourages me to continue to explore and pay on the great journey of life.
My classes are both challenging and calming, I encourage students to become aware of the bodies and minds, to feel the mental and physical balance and change after each practice. I hope to inspire in students a sense of love, respect and compassionate curiosity for both their bodies and their surroundings.
